Housing Technician – Housing Choice Vouchers/Section 8

Public housing agency seeks person to perform the following functions in the Section 8 Program: re-examinations, fraud investigation and recovery, re-determinations, new client processing, client moves, vendor changes, rent increases and portability. 

Prefer at least two years of Section 8 clerical experience and demonstrated working knowledge of Section 8 programs and HUD regulations and/or two years of relevant property management experience.  Must possess excellent organizational, writing, mathematical and people skills, and type 40 wpm.  High school diploma or GED with relevant experience or college degree in related field required.  Starting salary is $16.03/hr with excellent benefits.
