HR ANALYST

We are looking for an experienced HR Analyst to join our team.  The duties include the development, implementation and administration of policies, programs and procedures in the areas of benefits; classification and compensation; recruitment, testing, selection and retention; training; labor negotiations and employee relations; and communication with departments, staff and the public regarding a variety of human resource matters. BA in Business, Public Administration , Human Resources or related field OR may substitute an additional 4 yrs. relevant work experience for the required degree; 5 yrs. HR work involving recruitment and selection, training, benefits, employee relations, HRIS, policies and procedures, labor relations and related human resources experience; public sector experience preferred; labor relations experience preferred.
