The Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) is accepting proposals from qualified firms capable of providing inspection services for CHA's local leased housing program to assure that all units meet the minimum standards as set forth in the Massachusetts State Sanitary Code and the Federal Housing Quality Standards (HQS).  Only regular HQS inspections will be conducted by the selected contractor.   Please go to http://www.cambridge-housing.org/Footer/Business-Opportunities.aspx for a copy of the full RFP which contains specific requirements and other information necessary for submitting a proposal.  Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on January 20, 2012.
