Co-Developer for Mixed Finance Development Projects

The Glendower Group, Inc. (Glendower) is currently seeking bids for a Co-Developer for Mixed Finance Development Projects in New Haven.  Qualification proposals for the Farnum Courts development will be received until February 13, 2012 @ 3:00 p.m.  Qualification proposals for all other developments will be received until March 12, 2012 @ 3:00 p.m.  A pre-proposal conference will be held at 360 Orange Street, New Haven, CT on February 8, 2012 @ 10:00 a.m.  Although attendance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. Glendower reserves the right to award to one or more contractors.  Glendower must receive one (1) clearly marked original and five (5) copies of the qualification submittal.  A complete copy of the requirement may be obtained from Glendower’s Purchasing Department at 360 Orange Street beginning on January 27, 2012 @ 3:00 PM.  Additional questions should be emailed only to Yadira Vargas at, bids@newhavenhousing.org no later than March 1, 2012 @ 2:00 PM.
