The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation has launched a call for proposals under their Systems for Action initiative for two different funding opportunities. These projects will focus on testing innovative approaches for medical care, social services, and public health systems to work together on delivery and finance systems that address systemic racism. Public entities (including PHAs) are eligible to apply.

- Up to five awards will be made for Developmental Studies (for exploratory or pilot programs) over 12 months; up to $100,000 for each award
- Up to four awards will be made for Impact Studies (to evaluate the health impact of proposed system alignment strategies on systemic racism) over a maximum of three years; up to $500,000 for each award

Brief proposals are due February 7, 2024 and optional applicant webinars will be held on January 9 and January 17 (register here).
