The Norfolk Redevelopment & Housing Authority (NRHA) is one of four finalists for a HUD Choice Neighborhoods Initiative Grant. If selected, NRHA and the City of Norfolk will use the $30M grant to transform Norfolk’s St. Paul’s Area, including NRHA’s Tidewater Gardens community.
HUD awarded the Housing Authority of the City of Baltimore (HABC) a Choice Neighborhoods Implementation (CNI) Grant ($30,000) and a Choice Neighborhoods Planning Grant ($1.3 million). These awards follow the $30 million CNI grant that HABC received in July.
